Born and raised in Alice, Texas, Shirley moved to Victoria as a young adult, with a 5 month old baby and it’s been her home ever since. She attended Baylor, Texas A&M and received an A.A. from Victoria College. After 17 years as a secretary, she decided to go into Real Estate and her life was changed forever. She loved helping people find or sell their homes. After 30 awesome years in real estate, she and her husband retired, bought a motorhome and traveled throughout the U.S. for 10+ years. Her second retirement was as difficult as her first - her husband’s illness ended their travels. As she waited for God’s purpose for her life to become evident, a former business acquaintance found herself without a reliable vehicle to take her husband back & forth to MD Anderson for cancer treatments. Shirley searched how to help and ultimately found OnRamp, which later gifted this couple a Rav 4 large enough to carry his wheelchair. God showed her that there was no problem too big or too small for him to handle. Her team is now in the process of beginning an OnRamp program in the Coastal Bend of South Texas. It’s a pleasure to do business with God as her partner.

Born and raised in Texas, Tony spent his entire life in the Victoria/Goliad area. He’s been happily married to his high school sweetheart for 18 years, and together, have two wonderful children. With nearly all his professional career dedicated to water and wastewater reclamation, he takes pride in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps essential services running smoothly, often unnoticed. His passion for serving the community has also led him to volunteer extensively, from coaching Little League to serving on the Goliad Main Street board, the Goliad Volunteer Fire Department, Knights of Columbus, and the Boy Scouts of America, where he’s had the privilege of helping young leaders achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. He looks forward to working alongside this exceptional team to serve a great cause.
